These strength and conditioning classes are suitable for women of all ages, except those who are pregnant or had a baby in the last two years when personal training needs to be tailored to suit your specific needs.

Whether you are new to fitness or a pro, looking to lose weight or simply make time for you, these circuit-based sessions are ready to welcome you.

How will I feel after a class?

Energised and full of endorphins! You can expect to be a bit achy the next day after all your hard work. Overall, you’ll feel boosted and supported by everyone around you, and that you’ve had fun whilst improving your fitness.

Can’t make Monday evenings, or prefer smaller, personalised sessions?

Get together with your partner or friends for one-to-two or one-to-three personal training, still tailored to your needs but in a supportive, social environment.

How much do the classes cost?

£9 per session, based on blocks of half term bookings paid in advance. Once you have contacted me and booked in, I’ll send you an invoice to pay by bank transfer.

Do I need to bring equipment to classes?

It’s handy to bring a mat if you have one, but all other equipment will be provided, including kettlebells, resistance bands and battle ropes.
